Food is glorious

So I am still petrified of eating… I still second guess every bite I take… And the more we transition back to food…. The more I miss the “easy” days of fasting and having nothing but shakes…
But with all of that said…. FOOOOOOD flavours and chewing and textures and all those things… I want to full on hug every meal I make… Yes I realize this makes me sound a little loony toons…

Anyway Tuesdays coming so we’ll see if my body has learned how to stop retaining so much damned water weight… Maybe I’ll get lucky and see a loss this week?!?
