Some days, like today for example, everything feels like it is just too much. No reason in particular, nothing has happened…. But I woke up, feeling the press of my anxiety like an overly warm blanket suffocating me.
I get to work, and everything is too much, people are talking too loudly, standing too close, and if I have to sit there and listen to people complain about the size of their hotel room in Rome and Paris I will scream.
